Time to ship
As each item is handmade with unique jewelry components, please allow 2-5 days to create your handmade jewelry item. We ship via USPS (US Postal Service) - most items will arrive in the continental US within 1-4 days. Please let me know if you have a deadline and I will be happy to accomodate you.

Shipping & Handling is only $1.99 for each item.
Hawaii, Alaska and International is extra. Please contact me for rates, you will be billed separately for shipping. Insurance extra.

Return/Exchange Policy
If your Romeo & Jewels creation did not meet your expectations, we'd like to make you happy! Contact us at jewels@romeoandjewels.com to arrange a return authorization number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior Romeo & jewels authorization. We will gladly exchange it or offer you a merchandise credit.
All products must be received by Romeo & Jewels in the same condition it was sent to you in, and returned within 30 days. Please note that custom orders are final sale. Defective items will be replaced at no charge. Repairs due to normal wear & tear, and other damage, will incur a nominal charge.
Free Giftbags
Your Romeo & Jewels handmade jewelry item will be shipping with a Free Taffeta giftbag in the signature Romeo & Jewels chocolate color. As well, a protective locking baggie and jewelry care instructions will be provided free of charge.
